The woman. Rivas is a bilingual and bicultural licensed clinical social worker who has more than 13 years of experience in the sector of non-profit. She has worked in a diverse range of settings including with LGBTQ+ individuals, people with substance abuse problems, sexual assault survivors, and with partners who have been abused. Since 2019, Ms. Rivas provides services to Erie residents. Presently, telehealth mental health services are offered. Mrs. Rivas, who is part of the Behavioral Health Perinatal Team that assists pregnant and post-partum women. She provides trauma-informed therapy for adults and is a specialist in trauma care. She offers group and individual therapy as well as an assisted medication treatment program. Special care referrals are also available. Amanda is also a member of the Best Friends Animal Society. She helps homeless pets find places to call home. She is completely convinced of Best Friends' slogan, Save Them All, and has set out to make Los Angeles become a no kill city.
